This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of Cheddify and its affiliated properties, including but not limited to chatwithpsychics.com (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
1. General Conduct
All users of the Platform must:
- Treat all other users with respect and courtesy
- Provide accurate information in their profile and account details
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, or hate speech directed at any user
- Impersonation of other users, public figures, or Cheddify staff
- Spam, unsolicited commercial activity, or chain messages
- Attempts to circumvent Platform security, billing, or moderation systems
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
2. Call Conduct
During live video calls on the Platform:
- No recording without consent: Recording any part of a call (audio, video, or screenshots) without explicit consent from all parties is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable law.
- No sharing of call content: Sharing or distributing recordings, screenshots, or descriptions of private call content without consent is prohibited.
- No illegal activity: Calls must not be used to facilitate, plan, or engage in any illegal activity.
- Seller accuracy: Sellers must provide the service reasonably described in their profile. Deliberately misleading buyers about the nature of a call is a violation of this policy.
3. Profile Standards
- No nudity or sexually explicit imagery on public-facing profiles, profile photos, or any publicly visible content — regardless of seller category.
- Profile photos must depict the account holder. Stock photos, AI-generated images, or photos of other people are not permitted.
- Profile descriptions must not contain misleading claims, false credentials, or deceptive information.
- Copyrighted material (images, text, logos) may not be used without proper authorization from the rights holder.
4. Prohibited Content & Activity
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Zero tolerance. All confirmed instances are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery: Sharing or threatening to share intimate images of any person without their consent.
- Promotion of violence or self-harm: Content that encourages, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Drug sales or illegal substance promotion: Offering to sell, buy, or trade illegal substances or controlled drugs.
- Financial fraud or scams: Schemes to defraud users, phishing attempts, or any form of financial deception.
- Pyramid schemes or MLM: Using calls to recruit users into pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing programs, or similar structures.
5. Enforcement
Cheddify enforces this policy at its sole discretion. Consequences for violations include, but are not limited to:
- Warning: A notice that the behavior must stop
- Temporary suspension: Account access is restricted for a defined period
- Permanent ban: Account is permanently terminated with no option to create a new account
- Fund withholding: Pending payouts may be withheld during investigation of violations
Repeat offenders face escalating consequences. Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats of violence, fraud) result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately using the in-app report feature or by contacting safety@cheddify.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and treated confidentially.
7. Changes to This Policy
Cheddify may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
