Welcome to Cheddify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cheddify and its affiliated properties, including but not limited to chatwithpsychics.com, our iOS and Android mobile applications, and any future properties operated under the Cheddify brand (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is operated by Cheddify Inc. (“Cheddify,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Platform Description
Cheddify is a real-time marketplace for paid live video access. Sellers (also referred to as “creators,” “experts,” or “hosts”) set a per-minute rate and toggle themselves available. Buyers browse available sellers, connect instantly over live video, and pay for the time they use.
Cheddify facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the calls themselves. We do not employ sellers, guarantee the quality of any call, or endorse any seller’s services. Sellers are independent individuals responsible for the content and quality of their calls.
2. Covered Properties
These Terms apply to all Cheddify properties, including:
- cheddify.com (web)
- chatwithpsychics.com (web)
- Cheddify iOS application
- Cheddify Android application
- Any additional domains, subdomains, or applications operated by Cheddify Inc. in the future
A single user account provides access to all Cheddify properties. Your use of any property constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.
- Users under 18 may use the Platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians accept responsibility for their minor’s activity on the Platform.
- Cheddify reserves the right to request age verification and to terminate accounts suspected of belonging to users under 13.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Cheddify immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another person without Cheddify’s written consent.
5. Seller Responsibilities
If you use the Platform as a seller, you agree to:
- Set accurate per-minute rates that reflect the value of your service
- Honor your stated minimum call duration — if you end a call before the minimum, the buyer is not charged
- Provide the service reasonably described in your profile and category selection
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy
- Maintain accurate profile information, including your identity and qualifications
6. Buyer Responsibilities
If you use the Platform as a buyer, you agree to:
- Provide a valid payment method before initiating calls
- Respect seller boundaries and the terms of the call
- Not record, screenshot, or distribute call content without explicit consent from the seller
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy
7. Fees & Billing
Cheddify charges a $2.00 connection fee on all paid calls. This fee is added to the buyer’s total and is non-refundable.

Cheddify may update its fees with at least 30 days’ prior notice to affected users.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Cheddify may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any other Platform policy.
- Cheddify may hold seller funds indefinitely during fraud investigations
- Seller accounts with a wallet balance below -$10.00 may be automatically suspended
- Terminated accounts may not create new accounts without Cheddify’s written consent
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers regarding call quality or charges are handled through the refund process described in our Billing & Refund Policy. Cheddify acts as a mediator in disputes but is not an arbiter — we facilitate resolution but do not guarantee outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cheddify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Cheddify does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any seller’s services. We are not liable for the content of calls between users. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cheddify Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Legacy Agreements
The following agreements apply to legacy Cheddify features (fixed-price offers, hourly services, memberships). They remain in effect for any transactions conducted under those features.

14. Changes to These Terms
Cheddify may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
