Cheddify is committed to the safety of minors. This policy describes our age requirements, content safeguards, and procedures for reporting child safety concerns on Cheddify and its affiliated properties, including but not limited to chatwithpsychics.com (collectively, the “Platform”).
1. Age Requirements
Cheddify requires all users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Platform.
- Age is confirmed via self-attestation during the account creation process.
- Cheddify reserves the right to request additional age verification if a user is suspected of being under 13.
- Accounts confirmed to belong to users under 13 are immediately terminated and all associated data is deleted in accordance with COPPA requirements.
2. Parental Responsibility
Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians:
- Accept responsibility for monitoring their minor’s activity on the Platform
- Should review these policies and the Acceptable Use Policy with their minor
- Are encouraged to use device-level parental controls in addition to Platform safeguards
3. Content Standards for Minors’ Safety
- No nudity or sexually explicit content is permitted on public-facing profiles in any category. Public profiles are visible to all users, including minors aged 13-17.
- Sellers must not engage in sexually explicit conduct on the Platform.
- Any content depicting, suggesting, or referencing the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
4. Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve the exploitation of a minor, or if you suspect a user is under 13 years of age, please report it immediately:
- In-app: Use the report feature on any profile or during any call
- Email: safety@cheddify.com
All reports are reviewed promptly and treated with the highest priority.
Cheddify will report all confirmed instances of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies, as required by law.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this Child Safety Policy result in immediate permanent account termination without warning. Cheddify cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.
