This Intellectual Property Policy describes the ownership of content on Cheddify and its affiliated properties, including but not limited to chatwithpsychics.com (collectively, the “Platform”), and the procedures for reporting intellectual property infringement.
1. Cheddify Intellectual Property
The Cheddify name, logo, brand elements, website design, and proprietary technology are the intellectual property of Cheddify Inc. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Cheddify’s intellectual property without prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Platform as intended (e.g., sharing your Cheddify profile link).
2. User Content & Ownership
Sellers retain ownership of their profile content, including profile photos, bios, and descriptions. Buyers retain ownership of any reviews or endorsements they submit.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Call Content
Content created, shared, or discussed during live video calls is not owned by Cheddify. Cheddify does not record, store, or have access to call content.
Intellectual property rights to advice, readings, coaching, or other services provided during calls belong to the respective parties as determined by applicable law.
4. License to Cheddify
By uploading content to the Platform (profile photos, bios, reviews, endorsements), you grant Cheddify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content across all Cheddify properties for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
This license continues for as long as your content remains on the Platform and terminates when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared by other users or is needed for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute records).
5. DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Platform, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:
- Email: legal@cheddify.com
- Subject line: “DMCA Takedown Notice”
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on the Platform that you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Cheddify will review valid DMCA notices promptly and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will notify the affected user, who may submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was made in error.

Cheddify may update this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
