What it covers
You are guaranteed a professional reading delivered with insight and clarity, from an advisor who auditioned with live readings before joining, and that it will have significant value to you. In practice, that means:
- An advisor who is prepared. They join your call already holding your question. If you got a cold start, that is on us.
- A reading that engages your question. Not a generic script, not a horoscope anyone could have written. If your advisor never got to the thing you actually asked about, that is covered.
- Professional conduct. No pressure to add time. No recommending supplements, courses or other services. No clinical claims. If a reading crossed a line, it is covered.
- The connection itself. If a dropped connection cost you your reading, or your advisor did not join, that is covered too.

What it does not cover
Outcomes. No advisor in the world is right all the time, and we don't guarantee results. A reading that told you something true you did not want to hear is a reading that did its job. A reading that told you he was coming back, when he did not, is a reading that missed on the future, which every honest advisor will tell you is possible. What we guarantee is the quality and honesty of the reading itself, not what happens afterward.
We say this plainly because a guarantee of outcomes would be a lie, and a service that lies about that would lie about other things.
Advice. Readings are for entertainment purposes and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. The guarantee is not a promise that a reading can stand in for a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line.
How to use it
Three steps, and a real person handles every message.
- Within 24 hours of your reading, reply to your booking confirmation email, or use the contact page at /contact. Either one reaches us.
- Say which reading, and what missed. Your booking details are in the confirmation email. A sentence or two on what fell short is enough. You do not need to build a case. "She never got to the question I wrote down" is plenty.
- Choose one: a free rebook, or a refund to the card you paid with.
That is all. There is no form with twelve fields, no waiting on hold, no arguing with the advisor. If a reading doesn't go well, use the guarantee rather than the advisor as the outlet.
What happens next
If you chose a rebook, we book you again, free. You can ask for a different advisor, and for a reading that missed, we would usually suggest one.
If you chose a refund, every penny goes back to the card you paid with. Never site credits, never a balance with us, never a voucher. Once we issue it, when it appears on your statement is set by your card issuer, as with any refund.
Either way, we look at what happened. A pattern of readings that miss is something we act on, whoever the advisor is.
Why it exists
Most psychic sites list thousands of providers with open sign-up, and when a reading misses, the site's answer is that it was between you and the advisor. If a refund comes at all, it comes as credit you can only spend on the same site.
We keep a small circle of advisors on purpose. Every one of them auditioned with live readings before joining, and most applicants never make it. Because the roster is short, we can answer for every advisor by name, and a guarantee like this one is only possible when you can do that. It is not a marketing line. It is the direct result of how the circle is built.
It also changes what the reading is for. Your advisor is paid for the reading, not for how long you stay on the line, and knows that a reading which misses comes back to us. Nothing on either side pulls against the reading itself.
Edge cases, plainly
A missed connection on our side. If your advisor did not join, or the call dropped and could not be recovered, tell us within 24 hours and we will rebook you free or refund your card. You should not have to ask twice.
Taped and chat readings. Text and taped video readings are made personally for you by the same advisors and are covered the same way as a live call. Tell us within 24 hours of receiving your reading.
Time you added. If you added time at the end and the whole reading missed, the whole reading is what the guarantee covers. "Every penny" means the full amount you paid for that reading.
Something we have not listed. Ask. We would rather answer a question than have you guess. The contact page at /contact reaches a real person.
What it asks of you
Only two things. Tell us within 24 hours, while the reading is fresh for both of us. And tell us honestly what missed, because that is what lets us fix it, for you and for the next guest. You do not need to argue, and you will not be asked to.
Where the guarantee sits
The guarantee is one part of a set of choices that all point the same way. The price is flat and shown before you pay, so there is never a number you did not see coming. You pay as a guest, so there is no account holding your money. Advisors are auditioned, so the person reading for you was chosen by someone who watched them read.
