One flat price, shown before you pay. Your advisor is paid for the reading, not for how long you stay on the line, so nothing on either side pulls against the reading itself. There is no wallet to fund, no subscription, and no minimum spend. If there is more to talk about at the end, you can add time with one tap, and the price is shown first.
We do not run an open sign-up and we do not list thousands of providers. A small circle of advisors means we can answer for every one of them by name, and it means the advisor you are routed to is already holding your question when you connect.
How we choose advisors
Every advisor auditions with live readings before joining. We do not certify psychic ability (no one can), but we do watch how an advisor works a real question in real time and how they handle it when a reading takes a turn. Most applicants never make it. We continually interview fresh applicants and hire when openings occur.
Advisors describe their own practice: tarot, mediumship, astrology, intuition, or whatever they specialize in. You tell us what is on your mind, and we route you to the advisor who reads that best. A pattern of readings that miss is something we act on, whoever the advisor is.
What we won't do
- We won't let an advisor recommend supplements, courses, or other services during a reading. The advisor's job is the reading.
- We won't ask you for anything beyond the flat price shown before you pay.
- We won't share your number with anyone, including your advisor.
- We won't let an advisor pressure you to add time. Nothing ever runs on its own.
- We won't settle a refund in site credit. Refunds go to your card.
If something goes wrong
No advisor in the world is right all the time, and we don't guarantee results. We do guarantee a professional reading delivered with insight and clarity. If yours didn't leave you clearer, tell us within 24 hours and we'll rebook you free or refund every penny to your card. A real person handles every message.
