People worry about three things, and they are different things. Who sees your phone number. What your card statement says. And whether what you said in the reading ever goes anywhere else. A site can be good on one and poor on the others, so it is worth asking about each.

How it works here

Your details. There is no account, so there is no profile, no history page, and no login sitting on a shared computer. Your confirmation email is the only record you keep, and it is yours.

What your advisor knows
Your advisor gets your question, so they can join the call already holding it, and whatever else you choose to tell them. That is what a good reading needs. They do not get your number.
They will remember you. Not a new face every call: your advisor remembers your story and picks up where you left off, question after question. That memory is the reason a second reading can go deeper than the first. It stays between the two of you.
Asking about someone else
Many readings are about another person: a partner, an ex, someone who has gone quiet. That is normal, and it is private too. What you say about them stays in the reading. Is it normal to ask a psychic about a specific person goes into that honestly.
