You choose a reading, describe what is on your mind, and enter a card. A confirmation email arrives with your link and your booking details. At your time, you tap the link and your advisor is there, in your browser, by phone or by video, with nothing to download. That email is also your record: if you ever need the guarantee, replying to it is one of the two ways to reach us, and a real person handles every message.
What guest checkout means for you
Your money is never held. There is no wallet to fund and no balance to use up. You pay for the reading you chose, plus a $2 booking fee shown at checkout before you enter a card, and that is the whole transaction. If a reading did not leave you clearer, tell us within 24 hours and we rebook you free or refund every penny to your card, never site credit.

You still get an advisor who knows you. Not a new face every call. Your advisor remembers your story and picks up where you left off, question after question, and next time you can request them by name and the calendar shows their availability. An account was never what made that possible.
What you do need
A card, an email address you check, and a phone or a computer with a browser. For a video reading, a camera and a microphone, which your phone already has. That is the list.
