What is underneath. A prediction about someone else usually carries a reading of how that person feels now, and that part tends to be more accurate than the forecast built on it. "He will reach out" may or may not happen. "He has not let go" is often right.
Your own next move. The best use of a prediction is not to wait for it. It is to ask what you would do if it were true, and what you would do if it were not, and notice which answer you already prefer.
Timelines. When an advisor gives you a date, a month, a season, treat it as the softest thing said in the whole reading. Advisors will tell you themselves that time is the hardest thing to read. Something can be exactly right and arrive a year late. If you hang your hopes on a date, you are holding the one thread most likely to fray.
Other people's decisions. Specific outcomes about specific people miss more than general readings do, for the simple reason that another person's free choice is involved. A reading can tell you where someone is leaning. It cannot promise where they will land.
A fair way to hold it
Take a prediction as one honest view of where the current path leads. Not a promise, not a verdict, and not something to build a plan around by itself. If a reading gives you a clearer sense of what is going on and what you want, it has done its work, whether or not the forecast lands.
