First, what "wrong" usually means
Most readings that people call wrong were not wrong all the way through. They were right about the present and wrong about the future, or right about the feeling and wrong about the date. She told you he still cared, and he did, and he still did not come back. She told you the job would come through in the spring, and it came through in the autumn. That is not a reading that missed. That is a reading that did what readings do, and then the future did what the future does.
No advisor in the world is right all the time. Timelines are the least reliable part of any reading, and predictions about what another person will decide are the second least. When a reading really did miss
Some readings do miss. The advisor never got to your question. The whole thing was generic, the sort of thing anyone could have said to anyone. They spent the time telling you what you wanted to hear, or what you were afraid of, and neither one was a reading. You came off the call no clearer than you went on.
That happens to good advisors on bad days and to bad advisors on every day, and you are allowed to say so. What matters is what the service does about it.
On most sites that bill by the minute, the usual answer is that the reading was between you and the advisor, and if any money comes back it comes back as credit you can only spend there. That is worth knowing before you book anywhere.
What to do with it
Separate the parts. Write down what the reading got right about the present that the advisor could not have known. Then write down what it predicted. Judge it on the first list. If that list is empty, the reading missed. If it is full and only the prediction failed, the reading was probably better than it feels right now.
Do not chase it. The worst response to a reading that missed is to book three more the same night looking for a different answer. Give it a day.
Tell someone. A fair service wants to know. A reading that misses is information about the advisor, and a place that keeps a short roster acts on it.
