The honest answer
Nobody can give you a percentage, and anyone who does is guessing. Psychic accuracy has never been measured in a way that holds up, partly because a reading is not a single claim you can mark right or wrong. It is a conversation about your life, and most of what a good advisor says is not a prediction at all.

Where readings are strong, and where they miss
The present. A good advisor is often startlingly accurate about what is happening right now: the state of a relationship, the mood in your workplace, the thing you have been avoiding. They describe the people around you in ways that make you sit up. This is the part that brings people back, and it is the part you can check on the spot.
The unsaid. Readings are at their best when they name something you already sense but have not admitted. You knew he had gone quiet for a reason. You knew the job was wrong before you took it. Hearing it from someone who could not have known is what clarity feels like.
The pattern. Advisors see the same situations over and over, and they are good at telling you which way a situation like yours usually goes, and why. That is insight, and it is worth paying for.
Timelines. If an advisor tells you something will happen, they may well be right about the direction. If they tell you it will happen by March, treat that as the least reliable thing said in the whole reading. Dates are where honest advisors miss most, and they will tell you so if you ask.
Other people's choices. A reading can tell you how someone feels and where they are leaning. It cannot bind them. People change their minds, and a reading that was accurate on Tuesday can be overtaken by a decision on Friday.
The answer you were hoping for. If you go in wanting one answer, you will hear that answer in what the advisor says, whether or not they said it. Notice that in yourself and the reading gets more accurate, not less.
How to judge a reading
Ask what the advisor got right about the present that they had no way of knowing. That is the test. A reading that nails the now and leaves you with a clearer sense of what to do has done its job, whatever the future decides. A reading that was generic, that never reached your question, or that only told you what you wanted to hear has missed, even if a prediction in it later comes true.
